You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use apk33l. Creating an account on behalf of another person or using false identity information is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit is Rp 10,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes during Indonesian banking hours. Funds must be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period. Misuse of promotions — including multi-accounting or arbitrage — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. apk33l will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility unless you report unauthorised access immediately.
apk33l provides deposit limits, loss limits, session time caps, and self-exclusion tools. If gambling is negatively affecting your life, please activate these tools immediately or contact our support team. We reserve the right to enforce limits on any account showing signs of problem gambling.
apk33l reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via email or an on-site notification. Continued use of the platform after an amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "You") and apk33l ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the apk33l website at https://apk33l.cam and all associated services. By registering an account or using any service provided by apk33l, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the platform.

apk33l reserves the right to request proof of any of the above eligibility criteria at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any funds derived from breach of eligibility rules.
Each Member may hold one (1) account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variation thereof, or any alias — is strictly prohibited. apk33l actively employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and identity-matching tools to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplication is detected, all associated accounts will be closed and all balances forfeited.
You must provide complete, truthful, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, active email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile number. You are obligated to update your account details promptly if any information changes. apk33l bears no liability for issues arising from inaccurate or outdated member information.
You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You must not share your credentials with any third party. apk33l will never contact you to request your password via any channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].
Submission of a registration form does not guarantee account approval. apk33l reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason.
apk33l is required to verify the identity of all Members as part of its commitment to security, anti-fraud measures, and responsible gaming compliance. You must complete KYC verification before processing your first withdrawal.
KYC review is typically completed within 1 to 24 hours of document submission. During peak periods it may take up to 48 hours. You will be notified by email once verification is complete.
apk33l reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including for large withdrawal requests or where account activity triggers an internal risk review. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days may result in account suspension until compliance is achieved.
apk33l accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned (less any applicable processing fees) without crediting your account balance.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though transactions above Rp 50.000.000 may be subject to additional verification before funds are credited.
Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallets are credited to your account balance in real time or within a maximum of 5 minutes under normal conditions. apk33l is not responsible for delays attributable to the Member's bank or payment provider.
All deposits are accepted and held exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). apk33l does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any funds received in a currency other than IDR will be returned to the originating account.
Withdrawals may only be requested after the Member has completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Member's own legal name matching their verified account identity.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Standard maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 100.000.000. Members wishing to withdraw amounts exceeding this limit must contact customer support to arrange processing in instalments or via a scheduled transfer.
apk33l targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–21:00 WIB; Saturday, 08:00–15:00 WIB). Withdrawals requested outside these hours will be queued and processed at the earliest opportunity on the next available banking session. apk33l bears no liability for delays caused by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider.
Bonus funds credited to your account are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Only the real-money component of your balance remaining after wagering requirements are met is eligible for withdrawal.
apk33l reserves the right to conduct a security and compliance review prior to approving any withdrawal request. During such a review, the requested funds will be placed on a temporary hold. The Member will be informed of any review and its expected duration.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards issued by apk33l are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the promotion's specific terms take precedence for that offer only.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds carry a standard wagering requirement of 5x (five times) the bonus amount on qualifying bets with minimum odds of 1.50. Wagering must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unfulfilled wagering requirements will result in the bonus — and any winnings derived from it — being removed from the account.
apk33l operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; placing low-risk or arbitrage bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal exposure; coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional terms; and using automated betting software or bots. Any Member found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus forfeited, any associated winnings voided, and their account reviewed for suspension or permanent closure.
apk33l reserves the right to exclude any Member from a specific promotion at its sole discretion, including where betting patterns suggest the Member is not the intended target of the offer. Promotional eligibility is assessed per Member account and is not transferable.
A bet is accepted only when the platform displays a confirmed bet reference number to the Member. In the event of a technical failure before confirmation, the bet is deemed void and any stake deducted from the Account Balance will be refunded.
apk33l reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds arising from technical errors, human error, or data feed failures. Members will be notified and stakes returned within 24 hours of a void decision being made. The platform will exercise this right reasonably and will not use it to void winning bets simply on the basis that an event outcome was unexpected.
If a sporting event is abandoned before the market's designated settlement point, bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless the event is replayed or concluded within 48 hours of the original scheduled start. Specific rules for BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, and other covered competitions are published in the platform's Sport-Specific Rules section accessible via the help centre.
The maximum payout per settled bet or combination bet (mix parlay) is Rp 500.000.000 per event, unless a higher limit has been expressly agreed in writing with the Member's account manager. Winnings exceeding this cap will be paid at the cap amount and the excess will be forfeited.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the apk33l platform:
Violation of any prohibition in this clause may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable.
All content on the apk33l platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of apk33l or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of platform content without express written consent from apk33l is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, apk33l, its directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for:
In all cases where apk33l is found liable, our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total value of your Account Balance at the time the relevant event giving rise to liability occurred.
apk33l collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. Personal data collected during registration and throughout your use of apk33l — including name, KTP number, contact details, payment information, and betting history — is used solely for account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, and service improvement. apk33l does not sell Member data to third parties for marketing purposes.

apk33l reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — cases involving: breach of these Terms & Conditions; fraud, money laundering, or collusion; failure to complete KYC verification; chargeback requests on deposits; provision of false registration information; or identification of a Member as a minor (under 21). In such cases, apk33l may withhold some or all Account Balance pending investigation and reserves the right to report the matter to appropriate authorities.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which apk33l holds its operating licence. apk33l operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and is subject to the regulatory oversight of its licensing authority.
Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Indonesian law that cannot be excluded or waived by agreement. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our customer support process should be escalated in writing to [email protected], and apk33l will endeavour to resolve the matter within 14 business days.
